Our first steps were not easy. We began by researching the market and finding reliable suppliers. The first batch of filters arrived with a delay, and although the quality was satisfactory, the delivery time was far too long. This experience became a lesson that defined our approach to business: efficiency, quality control, and customer focus.
The pandemic period of 2020 was a true challenge. The demand for clean water was rising, while supply chains faced significant delays. However, we did not stop. We optimized our logistics processes and implemented new customer service standards. This not only allowed us to maintain the loyalty of our customers but also to expand our audience.
In 2021, we focused on expanding our product range. Today, our store offers filters for brands such as Samsung, LG, GE, Kenmore, Everydrop, and many others. We also introduced flexible discount programs and partnership agreements, which have positioned us as one of the market leaders in the replacement filter category.
